Quotelyfy works with Claude or ChatGPT through its AI assistant connection on Pro+ (R989 a month). Connected, the assistant creates and finds real quotes and invoices in your account, within your account's permissions.
Without a connection, an AI chat can only write text that looks like an invoice: it has no document number, customer record or payment link.
The connection uses MCP, the open standard for linking AI assistants to apps. Every new account gets a 14-day trial of every feature (Ts&Cs apply, including usage limits), with no card needed.
The Quote-to-Paid Loop
